A brief update on me around the place, from the Irish midlands to the Baltic coast...

Arc2020.eu

As many of you know, I work for Arc2020.eu now too, so lots of my more EU focused agri-food environment style content goes there now too. Arc2020 is a platform of 150+ organisations, from around Europe, campaigning for better food farming, environment and rural policies. we have correspondents in Poland, Greece, Spain, the UK and Romania, so its a great way to get a wider range of news than the more typical English language news that can dominate the discourse.

I'm also one of the people who decides what goes there, and how it looks. If you have any ideas for content, get in touch (these days, twitter is best @oliver_moore; Arc2020.EU twitter is here)

RD prezi

I'll be heading over to Vilnius to the Communicating Rural Development Event at the end of this week too. ENRD, The European Network for Rural Development, are a contact point for the EU Commission's DG-AGRI. countrywide

Occasional posts and comment have featured on organic company Glenisk's site. Most recently, this was my take on the most recent research into organic milk in their newsletter, while I also did their organic section. The latter features sections on nutrition, social justice, myth busting and loads more, while the environment section features sub sections on soil, biodiversity, climate, landscape and water.

Damien O Reilly has been nice enough to give me a few opportunities on Countrywide over the last year. These include March 2013 and November 2013 on RTE radio 1's Countrywide last year.

There, myself and Damien have chatted about organic farming and food, about food security, agroforestry and lots more.
